All Black Whisk Bakery products are handcrafted and perishable. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@blackwhisk.com with a photo of the item. We will gladly offer store credit or an exchange.
All van purchases are final sale. If you have a concern about a van purchase, please contact us directly and we'll make it right.
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier once the order has shipped. We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery, as our products require refrigeration upon arrival.
